Ohio Commission on Dispute Resolution Established in 1989, the Ohio Commission on Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management provides Ohioans with constructive, non-violent forums, processes, and techniques for resolving disputes. Focused on four program areas -- educational institutions, state and local government, courts, and communities -- the Commission works to positively affect the lives of all Ohio citizens by providing dispute resolution and conflict management training, consultation and technical assistance in designing dispute resolution programs, and facilitation and mediation
services.
